When you contact us or request a reservation, we may collect the following personal information: • Your full name, mobile number and email address • Your company name, if you book for a business • Pickup, stop and drop-off locations, and the venue or service location • Travel dates and times, airline and flight numbers • Party size, luggage, vehicle choice, booster seat requests and the occasion, if you tell us • How you would like us to confirm your rate (call, text or email) • Any special requests or instructions you provide • The name and mobile number of the passenger, if you are booking for someone else • Ratings and comments you choose to send us about your booking We collect this information only when you voluntarily submit it through our booking request, contact form, feedback form, or by calling us directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. See "Payments & Invoices" below.

The information you provide is used solely to: • Confirm and fulfill your transportation reservation • Contact you, and the passenger if different, about your trip • Plan your route and, for airport trips, track your flight so we can adjust for delays • Prepare your vehicle, including booster seats and any special requests • Send confirmations, invoices, updates, or follow-up correspondence • Understand how your booking went, from the feedback you choose to send • Improve the quality of our service We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing and we will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

If you book on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their permission to share their name and mobile number with us. We use the passenger's details only to coordinate the trip, for example so your chauffeur can reach them on the day. We do not use them for any other purpose.

After we confirm your rate, we send you an invoice by email with a secure link to pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of the invoice, the amount and whether it has been paid, so we can confirm your reservation and keep our business records.

When you type an address into our booking form, the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform so it can suggest matching places. When you choose a suggestion, we ask Google for its location so we can draw a route preview for you on the review and confirmation screens. The route preview is for your reference only. Your chauffeur plans the final route.

This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, to collect this information. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our booking form also saves your answers in your browser's local storage, on your own device, so a page reload does not lose your progress. This draft stays on your device and is removed once your request is sent. To protect the booking form from automated spam, we record the time a form is started and sent and use a hidden field that real visitors never see. This is not used to identify you. By continuing to use this website, you consent to the use of cookies and browser storage for the purposes described above.

Your information is stored in the business tools we use to run reservations, such as our booking records, calendar and email, and is accessed only by authorized personnel involved in fulfilling your reservation. We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to complete your booking, handle any follow-up, and comply with any applicable legal and accounting obligations.

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data: • Google Analytics and Google Maps Platform (google.com) • Google Sheets and Google Calendar, for booking records and scheduling • Google Business Profile (google.com) • Make (make.com), which passes your booking request between our tools • Brevo (brevo.com), for confirmation emails • Microsoft 365, for email communication • Stripe (stripe.com), for invoices and payments • Twilio (twilio.com), for text messages These providers process your information only as needed to operate our website and communicate with you. We do not share your personal information with anyone else.

You have the right to: • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you • Request that we correct any inaccurate information • Request that we delete your personal information from our records • Withdraw consent to being contacted for non-essential communication To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. If you are booking for a passenger under 18, such as a prom or family trip, please make the booking yourself as the adult responsible for the reservation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
